潘氏與其他媒體藝術亦有不少合作，「2017港深城市⧵建築雙城雙年展 (香港) 」參展項目「異質沙城」以其《寫托邦與消失咒》為藍本作展覽和劇場演出；2019年獲邀參與倫敦 Wellcome Trust 在香港的「疫症都市」藝術計劃，以小說創作與視覺藝術合作。
Novelist and prose writer based in Hong Kong. Since 1998, he had authored 20 books, , ranging from fictions, novellas, novels, prose works, cultural criticism and poems. Among his latest works include his travel writing《總有些時光在路上》（Moments on the Road, 2022）, his fictional work 《離》(Falling Apart, 2021), social chronicle《事到如今》(Play Back Hong Kong, 2021), prose work 《消失物誌》（Evanescence, 2017)，novel《寫托邦與消失咒》（Writopia and the Spell of Disappearance, 2016）, etc.
Lawrence Pun has won numerous literary awards. His books have earned him "Hong Kong Book Prize" for thrice, and "Hong Kong Chinese Literary Biennial Award", for both novel and prose commendation. Recently his Falling Apartwas shortlisted in the "Fiction category" in the "2022 Taipei International Book Exhibition Awards".
Back in 2006 he received the Lee Hysan Foundation Fellowship from the Asian Cultural Council, for one-year cultural exchange and residency in New York in 2007, while also participated at the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa. In the same year he participated at the "International Day of Writing" organized by the Northwest University at Evanston, and "Chicago International Writers' Exchange" organized by Chicago Guild Complex. In 2011 he received "Award for Best Artist (Literary Arts)" conferred by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. In late 2016 to mid 2017 he was invited to be the 1st participating writer at Oi!, and in 2022 he was writer-in-residence at the Lingnan University.
Focusing on writing, Lawrence Pun also collaborated with artists from other fields, like architecture, theatre, visual art, etc. To name a few, his novel Writopia & the Spell of Disappearance was featured in the project "Hetero-HK" presented by HK-Shenzhen Bi-City Biennial of Urbanism/Architecture in Dec 2017 to Jan 2018.
